Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Scientific Committee invites clinicians, researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals and young investigators to submit original scientific work for presentation.

Presentation Formats

Based on the blinded review, accepted abstracts may be allocated to one of four presentation formats.

1. Oral Abstract Session (OAS)

Selected high-ranking abstracts will be presented as oral presentations during dedicated scientific sessions, followed by discussion with moderators and the audience.

2. Flash Talk Session (FTS)

Selected abstracts will be presented as short, focused oral presentations highlighting the key findings of the work, followed by brief discussion.

3. Thematic Poster Session (TPS)

Selected abstracts will be presented as posters. Presenters will be expected to be available at their posters and briefly present the key findings during the assigned session.

4. E-Thematic Poster Session (E-TPS)

Selected abstracts will be displayed electronically on the conference digital platform. No onsite oral presentation will be required for this category.

General Guidelines

  • Conference registration is mandatory for the presenting author of every accepted abstract, irrespective of the presentation format.
  • Abstracts must present original scientific work and/or original data generated by the author(s).
  • Review articles, literature reviews and previously published work will not be considered.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the official Online Abstract Submission Portal.
  • The main body of the abstract must not exceed 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, etc.).
  • There is no restriction on the number of abstracts submitted, but an individual may present a maximum of three accepted abstracts onsite (OAS, FTS, TPS). E-TPS do not count towards this limit.

Abstract Structure

Abstracts should be concise, scientifically relevant and structured according to the prescribed format. Each abstract should include:

Review Criteria

  • Scientific quality and originality.
  • Appropriateness of methodology.
  • Quality and completeness of results.
  • Clinical and/or scientific relevance and potential contribution to the field.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign an abstract to a different category where appropriate.
