- Note: Active member of IAP Allergy Chapter status is required for member rates.
- All rates are exclusive of 18% GST and applicable transaction charges (3% to 5%).
- Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, the trade exhibition, conference lunches, inaugural dinner, conference kit, and banquets.
- The Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form for changes in the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By registering, delegates agree that their contact details may be shared with exhibitors. Delegates hold the right to OPT OUT of future contact at any time, and that request will be honored.
- PG students are required to submit a bonafide certificate from the Head of Department or Institute.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: The Congress Secretariat must receive written notification of cancellation at least 30 days before the event. This entitles the delegate to a 100% refund less 18% GST and applicable transaction charges.
- No Refund: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat via the official query email.
